A few years ago, as the effects of being in my 40's became apparent, I began looking for a way to exercise that wasn't boring, something fun! Nia was the perfect fit. Within a few weeks of starting classes, I dropped excess weight, felt strong and toned, and I loved the creativity and movement of Nia. I became a Nia instructor and taught for five years. Now I'm enjoying being a Nia student again as my professional life has taken a new direction, teaching Transcendental Meditation.
